Nidak Print is a UK printing and packaging company providing custom printed products including paper bags, gift boxes, stickers, swing tags, business stationery, labels, packaging and other personalised printed materials.

2. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through our website, email, WhatsApp or by requesting a quotation.

An order is considered accepted only after:

• We confirm the order.

• Payment has been received where applicable.

• Artwork has been approved.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change if:

• Specifications change.

• Artwork is amended.

• Quantities are altered.

• Material costs increase before production begins.

4. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for supplying correct artwork.

Please ensure:

• Spelling and grammar are correct.

• Colours are approved before printing.

• Images are high resolution.

• Correct dimensions are supplied.

Nidak Print is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.

5. Colour Variation

Printed colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on computer or phone screens.

Minor colour variations between print runs are normal and do not constitute a fault.

6. Production Times

Production times begin only after:

• Payment has been received (where required).

• Final artwork has been approved.

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately and notify us within 48 hours if items arrive damaged or incorrect.

8. Payments

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Full payment may be required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

9. Returns & Refunds

As most of our products are personalised or custom-made, they cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided where:

• The product is faulty.

• The item differs significantly from the approved artwork.

• The wrong product has been supplied.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographs of the issue.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials and labour have already been committed.

11. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have permission to use all logos, images, trademarks and artwork submitted.

Nidak Print accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing unless the customer requests otherwise before production.

12. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images and logos, belongs to Nidak Print unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute website content without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Nidak Print shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use customer information only for processing orders, providing customer support and improving our services.
